Do we need an IT person to run this?

No. Connect is built for owners and office managers, not network engineers. Most of our customers never open a firewall rule, and the ones who want to, can.

Will it work with the internet and Wi-Fi we already have?

Yes. The Sentry sits between your modem and the router you already have. You are not replacing your Wi-Fi or changing providers. One cable, no rewiring, no downtime.

What exactly am I buying?

A Sentry for each location, configured for your network before it ships, and the monthly plan that keeps it watched, updated, and managed. One rate per Sentry, whatever number of devices you connect. We will walk you through the figures on a twenty-minute call, and you will have them in writing before you decide anything.

What if we want out?

You are on a monthly plan, not an annual contract. If it is not doing what we said it would, tell us and we will make it right. There is nothing to get out of.

We already have somebody who handles our computers. Does this replace him?

No, and we would not want it to. He handles the machines, we handle the network underneath them. Most of our customers have somebody like him, and he is usually relieved.
